Prices, Shipping and Handling


All prices include value added/sales tax. Prices for handling and shipping depend on the amount of ordered goods as well as the type of despatch. The exact price will be communicated to you prior to your binding order.



Shipping and Handling within the EU includes

Shipping and Handling to all other countries requires individual arrangements.

In case you have placed an order during a yellow or red traffic light, please wait for our second e-mail in which we briefly inform you about the actual availability of the goods.





Conclusion of Contract





The display of products in our online shop forms nothing but a non-committal online catalogue. It is not a legally binding offer. After having entered your data and by clicking onto the “Place your order”-button you have placed a binding order of the goods contained in your shopping basket. After that we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation e-mail to you or at the time of the delivery of the goods. In case you should not receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail or a delivery within two weeks, you are no longer bound to your order. Should the situation arise, please contact us in advance.



Wording of the Contract



The wording of the contract will be saved. At any time you can look at our general terms and conditions of business and save them on your computer. The precise order data and the general terms of contract will also be sent to by e-mail.




Please look at the product description for the estimated delivery time. If there is no statement made, the delivery will be made as soon as possible, unless we inform you about a different delivery time.


Advising of Cancellation


The customer has the possibility to return all articles from our current online assortment without reason and within 14 days. This only holds true for sales contracts under delivery conditions or by indirect means (telecommunications) in accordance with §312b German Civil Code [Fernabsatzvertraege]. The goods must be returned to the firm Globe Camp, Mathias Pauls, in orderly condition, complete and without signs of wear, if possible in the original packaging incl. attached descriptions, and exempted from all third party claims. Punctual return is sufficient in order to satisfy legal deadlines.

We only accept return by shipment. The deadline for returns begins after handing over the delivery to the customer or an authorized individual.

Special custom products are excluded from this rule.

Furthermore, customers exercising their rights of refund must compensate the firm Globe Camp, Mathias Pauls, for any diminishment in value or for the complete value of the goods, to the extent the customer was not able to return the goods in orderly condition, as the customer is responsible for the ruination, perishability or other deficiency of the delivered wares. The duty of value compensation can be avoided by not making use of the article as the proper owner would, and by refraining from any acitivity which would reduce the value of the article. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the merchandise provided the price of the return merchandise does not exceed EUR 40.00. In case of merchandise valued at more than EUR 40.00, Globe Camp will bear the expenses of the return. The retour paper attached to your delivery is to be filled out entirely and to be added to the return package. The warranty period extends to 24 months for new articles. The period begins subsequent to the passage of risk. If the customer is a “businessman, businesswoman or entrepreneur“ in the sense defined by §14 German Civil Code [Buergerliches Gesetzbuch/BGB], the warranty period for new articles extends to 12 months. Warranty formalities are carried out in congruence with the usual legal regulations.Changes in legal regulations apply directly despite their reference in these conditions – especially during transition periods. Please collect further information on additional warranties by manufacturers (e.g. Ortlieb, Leatherman, Therm-a-rest) from the concerning product description.
